The Shed and Meadow
The Sheds at Clover Ridge offer an indoor, climate controlled experience. The Front Shed is insulated at 60×100 and has a capacity of 300 and offers heating, air conditioning, sink, serving space, refrigerator, warmer, and restrooms. The Back Shed is not insulated and is 40×60. Both sheds have a stage area with wood backdrop. The Back Shed may be used for happy hour or ceremony space. Renting this space includes a crushed rock area for parking, white folding chairs, round and rectangular tables. Also included is ample fenced green space with an orchard and flower beds.
Coming for 2023 – An additional space for getting ready (bridal suite, private family area, etc.)
The Barn and Wooded Area
The Barn at Clover Ridge Events provides the rustic chic space for your next event. A century old barn with limestone foundation nestled on the edge of the woods provides a unique and picturesque backdrop for an outdoor ceremony. A gathering inside may appreciate the hand hewn beams with timber peg joints and offers an intimate capacity of 60. The lower level has a capacity of 50. The Barn also has two patio areas. Electricity was new to the Barn in 2020. Edison style strung lights provide a romantic atmosphere for your evening. Included with the barn are green spaces, flower beds, a field of clover and grass for parking, and portable restrooms. Also included are up to 150 white folding chairs, up to 150 wooden chairs and hand-crafted farm tables that seat 8 or 10. Picture your wedding, celebration of life, professional training, baby shower, proposal, anniversary party or family reunion at the Barn.
