Our Pricing is set up in packages from DIY to full service set-up and tear-down. Find the right package to meet your needs! All events are required to carry event liability insurance. We offer this through our provider for $100. Please add this to any package if you do not typically carry this. No extra or hidden fees.

DIY Event Weekend Package

The DIY event includes your specified space, portable restrooms, up to 150 white folding chairs, wooden farm tables and up to 150 wooden chairs. You are responsible for set-up, tear-down, and cleaning up. For a wedding, this includes all day Friday for set-up/rehearsal, Saturday, and until 12pm on Sunday. For most weekday events, this includes the day beforehand and must be cleaned up by 10:30 AM the day after the event.

Heavy Lifting Package

This package includes all the DIY benefits plus we will set-up and tear down after your event. We will place tables and chairs.

Total Price: $1,900 due two weeks before event.

Inclusive Package

The Inclusive Package includes all the DIY and Heavy Lifting benefits, plus we will also clean up and offer full use of the “people mover” which is great for transporting older guests or wedding party photos.

Single Day Small Event

Access to the area beginning at 10:30 AM. DIY set-up, decorating, and clean-up. Event needs to be cleaned up by 12 AM the same day. Package available from Sunday-Wednesday.


Deposit: $100 due on booking

Total Price: $500 (+$400 for table and chairs set-up/clean-up) due two weeks before event.
